As a Change Manager, Alissa owns the day to day operation of the change
management process. She exhibits great attention to detail while auditing change
records and protecting our work environment. She has served as the point of contact
between development teams and our change team and has successfully trained our
department and clients on new processes and tools. Her leadership and ability to
inspire is unparalleled. She has encouraged me to advance in my position and has
supported and coached me every step of the way. Alissa is the perfect example of a
