Intro/ Purpose
The 9th
Annual Mad Dog Mandich Fishing Classic is a family,
fun-filled Fishing Tournament held in the Florida Keys. The
tournament has raised over $62,000 for the Mariner’s
Hospital Oncology Services Department. The tournament is
in honor of both Jim “Mad Dog” Mandich and his wife
Bonnie.
The fishing classic celebrated its 9th
Year at the newly
renovated Postcard Inn Beach Resort and Marina on
September 30th
and October 1st
and was a huge success:
- 36% increase in Offshore & Inshore Entries
- $6,200 Donated to Mariner’s Hospital Oncology
Services
The event was a weekend in Paradise filled with an offshore
& inshore fishing competition, $13,000 in cash prizes, and
kickoff and award sponsored parties with great food & drinks
for the guests.
