novice and experienced player.
As our host, Sienna Golf Club will be
having a continental breakfast with a
Bloody Mary Bar, fantastic Live and

Dr. Jon Petrick D.C.
Dr. Jon Petrick, D.C., serves as CEO of the Las Vegas Pain Relief Centers.
Dr. Petrick is a licensed physician and is one of the most sought after pain
management doctors in the world. He is a respected leader in the treatment
of soft tissue injuries, and his success has earned him international
recognition. He has worked with thousands of professional athletes and is
the best selling author of a self help book “Get off Your Path”, which is sold
on Amazon. For the past 12 years he has been the on air physician for
FOX’s Ultimate Fighting Championship reality TV show!
Dr. Petrick not only gives back to his profession by teaching graduate-level
and practicing doctors from around the world, he also believes in giving
back to our community, leading to the creation of KISMIF ( KEEP IT
SIMPLE – MAKE IT FUN) which he started over a decade ago.

KISMIF - Keep It Simple, Make It Fun
KISMIF Is a 501(c) (3) non-profit recreational therapy program dedicated to
providing disabled individuals 16 years and older with the opportunity to
experience leisure activities. This includes ensuring regular access to
recreational pursuits including camping, hiking, water and snow skiing, swimming
and mountain biking. There are also outdoor wheelchair sports: basketball,
football, pickleball, racquet ball, and triathlons and over the line tournaments.
KISMIF is one of the few non-profits in the country providing quality outdoor
activities for the disabled and the only program of its kind in Nevada. Although
primarily focused on the outdoors; cooking, bowling, movie and museum outings
along with participation in holiday events are also offered either at reduced prices
or no cost to participants. The aim is for attendees to meet new people,
socialize, develop interpersonal skills, gain self-confidence, reduce stress and
improve their communication skills.

Because KISMIF advocates and promotes personal responsibilities it
empowers independence through its comprehensive programs. Dr.
Petrick states, the program is a platform to help people for the sake of
helping people. There's no financial reward or medals or plaques, you
just get a true sense of helping those who cannot help themselves."
Dr. Petrick also has an eye to the future with KISMIF. He is currently in
the midst of fundraising through grants, fee-for-service contracts and
individual and corporate contributions and plans to use the seed money
from these efforts into eventually constructing a multi-million dollar
facility similar to the ones located in Arizona and Los Angeles. Those
establishments are dedicated to providing resources for the disabled
including: offering information, indoor/outdoor programs, advocacy, legal
support, accounting, sports, healthcare access, child services and
handling home modification needs. Dr. Petrick is looking forward to the
day when the city of Las Vegas joins them in offering this assistance.

Billy is an Adapted Physical Education Specialist who teaches for the Clark
County School District in Las Vegas, NV. He teaches physical education to
school aged students with all types of disabilities. He played wheelchair
basketball for 32 consecutive seasons and was on the Las Vegas team that
won a Division III National Championship in 2011.
Billy is a National Classifier for the National Wheelchair Basketball Association.
His current favorite leisure time activity is the game of golf. He enjoys the
game but dislikes his score. He works with Special Olympics of Southern
Nevada and Paralympic Sport Club of Las Vegas. Mr. Eddins has used a
wheelchair since 1981 due to a climbing accident that resulted in him
becoming a partial paraplegic. Billy advocates for all people to have the
opportunity to enjoy leisure time activities.

Join us for the 1st Annual KISMIF Golf Tournament and golf with Professional
UFC Fighter, Cody Garbrandt and Former NBA player from the Miami Heat,
Eric Grayson! The Golf Tournament is on Saturday, May 26th! The tournament
runs from 7am til 2pm. To be a spectator at the event, tickets are $75 and
include breakfast, lunch, and entrance to the tournament. To be a golfer, tickets

For almost two decades the Las Vegas Pain Relief Centers (LVPRC) have used the
Active Transformation Program to help thousands of Las Vegas residents eliminate
their pain and hundreds of professional athletes to perform at their very best.
Our continued work with professional teams and athletes provides us the opportunity to
work with some of the greatest minds in medicine, chiropractic, physiotherapy, dentistry
and many other fields of medicine. This experience has helped us develop our
proprietary, multi-disciplinary approach for the average, everyday person. We have
gathered the tools and skills needed to bring together some of the most incredible
minds. Working together, their sole purpose is to transform your life.

Meeting Sid Bernstein at the tender age of 16 set the stage (literally) for Jeff’s career in the entertainment
business. Sid Bernstein was the man who presented The Beatles at Shea Stadium, and at the time managed
The Bay City Rollers. Jeff worked with Sid at Radio City Music Hall during the concert series directly handling
artist management with performers such as Al Green, Marvin Gaye, Sara Vaughn, Luther Vandross, Frankie
Valli, Linda Ronstadt, Barry White and David Brenner and many others. It was there that he met Jethro Tull
and assumed increased responsibilities becoming assistant production manager and stage manager at
Nassau Coliseum. He then became Peter Allen’s road manager and later became the personal assistant to
Laura Branigan and acted as her road manager on the promotion and club tour coinciding with the release of
her debut album, which included the #1 Hit song GLORIA.
Jeff was responsible for all budgets, rehearsals and all day to day duties. A few years later he acted as
assistant to the production manager for Ron Delsner, who was the #1 concert promoter in New York City,
and at Madison Square Garden, Ron Delsner promoted the following artists KENNY G, TINA TURNER,
DAVID BOWIE, PINK FLOYD, WHITNEY HOUSTON, MOTLEY CREW, MADONNA. and many more. In
1993, he started his own company JEFF GRINSTEIN MANAGEMENT. His first signing was the Sacramento,
California based Jazz group SYMPOSIUM. Their record was played on hundreds of Jazz stations. Jeff then
went from road manager to personal manager for The Jazz Crusaders. Under his direction the group’s
income per show more than tripled. They also enjoyed touring The United States, Canada, London,
Germany, Ireland, Switzerland, Scotland, Holland, France, Austria, Japan and China. He then moved to Las
Vegas and worked with T.I. and in 2011 went on to produce the Lane Bryant Fashion show, the benefit for
"Hands Of Comfort" and the "Vegas Cinefest". As the Chairman and CEO of Jeff Grinstein Management Jeff
is currently managing Duncan Faure formerly of The Bay City Rollers and Rabbit and fashion icon Catherine
Schuller and is in the process of developing several reality based television shows.
JEFF GRINSTEIN, EVENT PRODUCER

Boston native Patty Fantasia earned a four year BS degree from Suffolk University in two years before
pursuing a career in journalism that included launching a magazine called THAT'S ENTERTAINMENT
BOSTON and acting as a film critic for the Regional Review. Returning to the entertainment industry in
2008 after working for years in sales and marketing, Patty became certified as a Script Supervisor before
co-producing her first short ACCUSED, a crime drama that had its world premiere at the 2011 PollyGrind
Film Festival. In 2009, Patty began publishing Filmmakers Notebook, a blog aimed at independent
filmmakers featuring articles, interviews, radio podcasts and links related to screenwriting, producing,
directing, financing, marketing and distribution. The blog became syndicated on the Openfilm.com website,
which was named as one of the top 50 websites for filmmakers by MovieMaker Magazine, before ending its
4 1/2 year run. Patty was also a blogger for ScriptShark and a regular contributor to Examiner.com and still
writes for Las Vegas Round the Clock and the award winning entertainment website The Flick Chicks.
During 2011 Fantasia was the marketing consultant for the award winning documentary “More to Live For”,
which received honors at the Park City Film Music Festival and at the First Glance Film Festival. Patty was
also on the Board of Directors of the Nevada Film Alliance for over four years and helped promote several
independent films in Las Vegas. Currently, she is the Vice Chairman of Jeff Grinstein Management and is in
the process of developing several projects including co-writing a script entitled THE LAST TANGO (THE
CRYING OF THE SOUL); co-managing and promoting musicians, media personalities and entertainers;
and developing reality television concepts featuring the company's clients.
PATTY FANTASIA, EVENT CO-PRODUCER

ERIC GRAYSON, CELEB COORDINATOR
Eric “eclass” Grayson established himself professionally in both sports and music before joining KIS-MIF”
as the Celebrity Coordinator. A native of Inglewood, CA, Eric attended L.A. City College and L.A. Valley
College before earning a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Central State University where he also
received 3 MVP awards for his athletic abilities.
After graduation he went on to play professional basketball, although he nearly missed the opportunity due
to the 1998 NBA Strike. He played unsigned with the Miami Heat for half a season, but never made the
official roster because of the shortened season. After Miami Eric Cooper, younger brother of Cynthia
Cooper star of the Houston Comets, signed him and for the next three and a half years he played between
Germany and China receiving multiple awards including 2 MVP’s. While in China Eric played alongside
Chris Anderson of the Denver Nuggets and opposite Dirk Nowitzki and Yao Ming before they came to the
U.S. to play in the NBA.
Following his sports career Eric began building his own company Status Entertainment Group, Inc. (SEG),
a management consultant company coordinating events and charities. Partnering with close friends
Grayson’s clientele has included independent artists and well known stars he’s handled projects for such as
Mariah Carey, Paris Hilton, Toni Braxton and D12 as well as for Music Labels (Interscope Records) and film
and television productions.
