Blinded Industry Financial Services Location UK Products Kofax® Capture™ Third Party Product Credit Agricole S2i Users 10+ Contact Alex Woolfenden (alex.woolfenden@kofax.com) Challenge Gibraltar International Bank was set up in response to the exit of two banking brands from Gibraltar leaving a vacuum for personal current accounts. The only other provider on the Island was quoting a 3 month waiting time just to get an appointment to apply for a new account. GIB had to set up rapidly to serve its market. They needed best of breed, proven technologies to support their goals of high speed account opening and robust compliance measures. GIB selected Kofax to manage the process of ingestion all the new account applications. Solution GIB use Kofax to instantly scan new account applications and make them availble for processing. Including the capture of proof ID, proof of residency and proof of earnings. Without Kofax this would have been a manual process. This ensures that the right information is directed to the right teams in a timely fashion, helping GIB cope with the demand for new accounts. Benefits Provided a robust and critical component to support the first touches customers would have with GIB as a brand new bank, critical to start the customer journey in a positive fashion. A platform to expand services for the bank to email ingestion and potentially mobile.
