In the time I have worked with Alex in her capacity as Recruitment Consultant for Prison GPs, she has
demonstrated a fantastic understanding of our needs, has been flexible and accommodating, even
when we have made changes or difficult requests, and has been professional, friendly, courteous and
helpful at all times.
Sourcing staff for prison based work is challenging in all areas of Healthcare, but none more so than in
Medical Locums, and, as we work across an estate of 12 establishments, our demand is high and
extremely dynamic. Alex is incredibly responsive – her communication is excellent, and she works
quickly and efficiently, while never making promises she cannot fulfil. I am sure that her work for our
service has been challenging and demanding, but she has always maintained her positivity, pro-
activity and professionalism
Having Alex on the other end of the phone (sometimes multiple times a day) has made this area of
our work far less painful.
