It is my pleasure to write this recommendation on behalf of Mr. Alex Chen. Alex began working as an
engineer for Byford Equipment on the 18th
June 2013, and became a highly valued worker in the
company. As the Operations Manager, I have seen Alex work studiously and with intelligence. During
his time in this company he demonstrated strong initiative and engineering skills. I recommend him
to you very highly.
Alex worked very hard and progressed quickly, revealing his enthusiasm and passion for engineering
design and project management. Amongst other things, his duties largely involved the conceptual
design, 3D modelling, FEA testing and weight calculations for our range of road tankers. As he was
unafraid to take on new projects and responsibilities, he was also assigned to testing and developing
solutions for repairs and modifications. His talents were always evident in his performance. He
displayed good work ethics, logical thinking abilities, and worked well with others. He reliably
completed tasks assigned to a high standard.
In his time at Byford Alex worked with Management and Procurement to establish a supply chain
with overseas suppliers.
Alex is valuable asset to the engineering department of any company. I offer my recommendation of
Alex without reservation.
