Letter of Recommendation - Valerij Ojdanic
I have had the pleasure work with Valerij Ojdanic for two years at Raltron Electronics in Miami.
He worked within my team as a design engineer. In that time frame, I came to respect his technical
expertise and his personnel judgement. We worked through a number of issues that most start-up
companies encounter and Valerij provide to be a not only a reliable technical expert but also a
strong leader. He was the go to guy in regards to design and testing synchronous clock generators
and PLL. He was supporting the production line as well. Valerij is a reliable team player and out-
of-the-box thinker, whose solutions influenced not only our engineering department but many
other functional teams such as production and sales.
I recommend Valerij Ojdanic as a technical leader, who is capable of functioning at the manager
level.
