What happens if a billing could not be completed because the call was aborted by the caller?
kanzaloo™ sends a feedback (http-request) at the beginning and at the end of each call to your portal.
Through the transmitted error codes the user can be informed what the reason for the failure was.
E.g.: “You hung up before the billing was completed. Please contact our customer support ….”

                            What happens if a billing could not be completed because the call was aborted?
                 The caller will be charged by his network operator, but do you get the payout for this call?
      You get a payout on every single call even if the billing was not completed. Furthermore our call data records
                             will document every single call to you, whether the transaction was successful or not.

What happens if maximum call durations specified by the local regulations are reached or exceeded?
kanzaloo™ takes care of all local regulations. To avoid abuse, a maximum call duration can be defined on every
number and before ending the call an announcement can be implemented.
E.g.: “You have reached the maximum amount you can reach on this call. The call will be terminated now. To top
up more, please call again.”
