2. Kids Fashion Week
The objective of Kids Fashion Week is to:
• provide a platform for children looking to
advance their modeling careers.
• showcase designer’s youth collections.
• offer an opportunity for growth,
networking and development for children
working in the entertainment industry.
Nura Magazine and Media International
are excited to bring a fun-filled, fashion
forward, memorable youth fashion event to
the Washington DC metropolitan area.

3. Schedule of Events
Friday: “Next Level” Networking Party
Kids Fashion Week DMV will kick off with the opening night
reception and networking extravaganza. Guests can expect a
lounge-like atmosphere equipped with chic decor, music, food,
giveaways, and a full red carpet experience.
Saturday: “Work Hard, Play Hard” Playshops
The PlayShops is a community focused day free and opened to the
public. We are partnering with a variety of non-profit
organizations to provide an array of interactive activities and
information seminars. The goal is to inspire, educate, and contribute
to the participants professional development as they embark on a
career in fashion and entertainment. We will also highlight our
non-profit partners as we contribute to their mission.
Sunday: “Out of this World” Runway Show
The main event will include a dynamic high energy runway show.
Guests can expect to be entertained as pint size models march the
runway in a variety of designer looks. There will be 10 -12 fashion
designers, including a couture collection, to .

multi-day kids fashion
events. There are a few
agencies that host kids
fashion shows throughout
the year; however, none
of the shows match the
scale of our vision for
Kids Fashion Week.
