any transportation requirement. We tailor transportation solutions to the specific needs of each
Customer, utilizing the optimum combination of our own in-house groupage services, deep-sea FCL
and LCL consolidation, airfreight and the services of our panel of approved sub-contractors.

5. We offer a specialized range of consolidation services by air and ocean from the USA and Asia. These
services are highly developed, offering total reliability and efficiency. Think of us as an extension of your
office in Asia or the US. Our services include:
• Order monitoring: we monitor Customers’ POs with overseas vendors to ensure on-time despatch.
• Daily on-hand reports: Tailored reports are available showing shipments received at our overseas
stations by PO, part number and quantities on a daily basis.
• Vendor assembly: Shipments from multiple suppliers can be consolidated and shipped as one
consignment for optimum cost-efficiency.
• Mode of Transport: You choose the mode of transport required for
individual shipments or we can split shipments part by air and part
by sea. to achieve optimum cost-efficiency.
Our ocean consolidation services offer an alternative to airfreight at
a fraction of the airfreight costs.
6. • We provide a comprehensive range of sea-freight services for FCL through an extensive network of
agents & partners around the world.
• By carefully selecting the optimum routes and steamship lines for each destination, based on price
and transit time, we offer the most competitive rates and fastest transit times available to/from
most areas.
• By utilizing our leverage as Preferred Forwarder to several large global companies, combined with
the buying power of our Partners, we provide competitive Door-to-Door FCL service to Customers,
with full freight forwarding support.
• We provide a full documentation service, at our Customers‘ disposal for assistance, consultancy
and advice on all aspects of shipping documentation, including the use of and compliance with
Letters of Credit.

8. Our partner for international road-freight is
Ireland’s largest privately owned international
haulier, Nolan Transport - our first choice for
driver accompanied trailers (box-vans, fridges,
Euroliners, taut liners) between Ireland, UK &
Europe. In partnership with Nolan Transport
we also operate groupage and full load trailer
services to the UK and Europe.
We also serve as an “arms-length” Control
Tower for PLAN “Pharma Logistics Alliance
Network” of which Nolan Transport are a
founding member.
9. • As a conduit between our Customers and Irish Customs Authorities, we provide a highly
professional customs clearance service. We are an Authorized Economic Operator (AEOF),
and we take our responsibilities very seriously.
• We assist our Customers to ensure that cargo is accurately classified at the outset, to avoid
additional costs to them in the future. We provide a very fast, efficient service, assisting
Customers to avoid delays to their business.
• Through a system of regular internal audits, we review the
accuracy of all entries and the effectiveness of our customs
clearance procedures. Our Information systems generate
comprehensive reports in a range of formats, tailored to
individual Customer requirements providing detailed data on
all consignments cleared through Customs on their behalf.
10. • The application of IT enables us to maximize our productivity & maintain a
competitive edge. We ensure that our IT is cutting edge, to serve the evolving
needs and expectations of our Customers. New facilities and features are being
introduced all the time.

services from New York and Chicago to Dublin providing the fastest transit time
available (US export port to Dublin 11 days), and are a market leader for LCL from
the USA to Ireland.
In partnership with CMS we operate weekly LCL consol services from Ireland to
USA, Canada, South & Central America, the Caribbean, South Africa, Middle East,
Mediterranean,, Indian sub-continent, South-East Asia, Far East & Australasia. A
neutral NVO, CMS are the UK market leader in LCL export.

Working closely together, we provide a specialized, hands-on
