Oracle Purchasing Personalization select all record from menu for manage buyer work load

1. Select All Lines Using Personalization
Purpose : Select All Record From Tools Menu On Manage buyer Workload Form
Utilities:Diagnostics = Yes

3. 5. Under Conditions tab > Trigger Event = WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE
6. Set the Context level to User and Value to
