Experience by Companies :
8 Years worked as a Part-time Teacher & Translator in Nurein Institute of
Languages & Administrative Sciences, Sudan. (1985 – 1993)
5 Years worked as a Legal Adviser in Ministry of Justice, Attorney General's
Chambers. (1988-1993)
Roles and Duties:-
Department of Public Law (Specialized in public contracts & international
agreements & treaties) ;
Served in this department in studying and drafting public contracts for all
major government-related investment projects, as well as studying the drafting
techniques of international agreements and conventions signed by the
Government of Sudan with the other states and organizations, including
regional agreements.
2. Department of Legislation ;
Garnered significant experience in studying, examining and drafting laws,
republican decrees and orders, provisional legislative orders and all other
legislative instruments in the country, including the constitution.
General Commercial Registrar's Office ;
Served in this department for sometime where I worked in the sections of
company formation and registration, commercial agencies, and trademarks.
Civil & Criminal Departments ;
Served in the civil department, Attorney General's Headquarters, Khartoum –
Sudan. I then shifted to the public prosecution offices in Khartoum and the
states where I represented the Attorney General as a district attorney
responsible for rendering necessary legal advice to the government agencies.
As well as assuming Attorney General’s functions in instituting prosecutions,
supervising investigations, evaluating evidence, and referring cases for trial.
In addition to representing prosecution and defending the state, both in civil
suits and objections to govt. decisions, as well as drafting local orders and
rendering all requisite legal consultancies.
2 Years worked as an Advocate in Omdurman, Khartoum, Sudan. (1993 - 1995)
2 Years worked as a Head of Legal Department in Al Jezirah Enterprises for
Trading & Industry, Riyadh, KSA. (1995 – 1997)
Roles and Duties:-
In this enterprise, I established a legal department for the Maintenance and
Services Section, where I handled issues of legal nature, such as contract review
and drafting, preparation of legal memoranda, rendering of legal advice and
assisting the firm's representatives before such bodies as labor offices, board of
grievances, courts and other government agencies.
2 Years worked as a Translator & Investment management Consultant with His
Royal Highness / Prince Sultan Bin Fahad Bin Abdul Aziz Al Suad, Riyadh,
KSA. (1997 – 1999)
Roles and Duties:-
I carried out translation jobs and engaged investment companies in the areas of
veterinary pharmaceutical products (drugs & vaccines) and garment and shoe
production companies to reach joint venture projects with them. I also reviewed
contracts and proposals related to such investment areas to ensure the employer's
best interest therein and avoid future risks in such deals.
3. 2 Years served as a Legal Adviser in Shar Law Office, Riyadh, KSA. (1999–
2001)
Roles and Duties:-
In this capacity I dealt with different applications of the Saudi laws & regulations
in various fields. I had the chance to examine and draft a variety of contracts and
prepare a number of legal opinions on different subjects. I also took part in
preparing a significant package of studies & researches in different branches of
the law, which formed a good database for the office.
Seconded in 2001 by Shar Law Office to work as legal advisor at the Supreme
Commission for Tourism in Riyadh, where I was exposed to a unique experience
in tourism industry, as I had to deal with all tourism-related laws in the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia, reinforced by a vast array of studies on various subjects of the
tourism sector, benchmarking exercises from different destinations all over the
world, best practice studies, and drafting of all types of contracts related thereto
2 Years served as a Co-Founder and Manager in Bin Saleh Law Office, Riyadh,
KSA. (2003 – 2005)
3 Years worked as a Head of legal Department in Nujum Al-Bawadi Co., LLC.,
Muscat, Sultanate of Qman. (2005 – 2008)
Served for Qatar Telecom (“Ooredoo”), Q.S.C, as Senior Legal Counsel since
July 2008 up to August 2016.
With vast knowledge of contract negotiation, review and drafting, legal
counseling and research, and consultancies relevant to the banking and financial
services and has many studies and works of research on civil and business law
generally.
Presently Member of the Board of Director, Central Bank of the Republic of
South Sudan, Juba.

4. Tourism Laws Course
Underwent a training course on tourism laws and regulations sponsored by the
Supreme Commission for Tourism (STC) in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia between April-2003 and July-2003.
Undergone courses and workshops on various topics, such as Quality
Management & Business Excellence, Foundations of Management, Strategic
Thinking, Risk management, etc.
Computer Knowledge :
Good knowledge of Computer Operation and MS-Word Processing with
experience extending from 1993.
