SUMMARY
A professional Nurse who has diligently served in various capacities as a registered
comprehensive Nurse for two years with Truevine team Ministries in Tororo District and one
year and half in SOS medical centre in Kakiri in Wakiso district. I have experience both in
Health Care System Management and Clinical work and field work especially in reproductive
health activities.
Awards:
• A recognition award by Executive Director truevine ministries in January 2011 for
valuable contribution and outstanding performance ,hard work and dedication in
provision of health care services in the hospital

• Reviewing and evaluating patients undergoing treatment and receiving reproductive
health services.
• Report medical complications to the medical officer.
• Liaise with other cadres in the delivery of quality health care to patients.

• Offering antenatal care to pregnant mothers.

record keeping.
• Compiling and submitting daily ward report to the medical officer.
