• Average time required to complete would be around 3 to 5 days without any dependencies.
• Up to 2 proposal revisions are allowed, in case the customer requests to modify or add in to the existing
changes. Any revision beyond that shall be considered addition Solution Type - 1 proposal.
• Average time required to complete would be around 5 to 7 days without any dependencies.
• Up to 2 proposal revisions are allowed, in case the customer requests to modify or add in to the existing
changes. Any revision beyond that shall be considered addition Solution Type - 2 proposal.

PBMS - BUSINESS MODEL
Bronze, Silver & Gold packages are services done by shared resource. Only Platinum packages are services done by dedicated resources, number of
resources will be based on customer’s requirement.
In the shared packages the per month solution types are limited to the quantities mentioned in below slide of PBMS service packages. If the customer
needs additional proposal beyond the defined quota of a package the customer has to pay for that solution type individually which is know has
Alacarte pricing or Ad-hoc pricing. Customer won’t be able to pick and choose the number of solution types per month except in Platinum.
Quotation’s will be provided as per customer’s request. Customer’s will have to sign the contract copy along with the invoice to process any of their
required services. Minimum Service Package duration is 3 months maximum is 3 years.
