1. MY - HEART Organisation
Position: Public health intern
Duration: 05/ 06/ 2019 to 07/ 07/ 2019
I had been a part of Sampurna Barta projcet and Wajood Yuva project. The Sampurna
Barta project is a UNICEF funded project and Wajood Yuva is a USAID funded
project.
During my internship period I was involved in situational assessment of the SNCU
activities carried out in Koraput district of Odisha and the community dialogue
programs on adolescent health issues. In Wajood Yuva project I was assessing the
weekly meetings on Gender based violence and the usage of contraception to
adolescent boys and girls living in the slums of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
I had also participated in the monthly review meeting with sanitation co-ordinators
and the consultants of Project HOPE.
2. SIVA SHANKAR DENTAL CLINIC
Position: Assistant dental surgeon

I was an assistant dental surgeon in this clinic. I was involved in doing routine oral
