SETTING GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
OBJECTIVE:
My task is create World-class UX(User Experience) and the challenge is, design interaction and interface
that would engage member.
SOLUTION:
I design a Platform that allow user to contribute and share data and ability to insight with other member,
save specific data and share with people who outside the website and engage with website.
MY ROLE:
My focus is user research, interaction design, UI Design with great User Experience Design.

WHAT IS THE WEBSITE ABOUT?
We are building a new online service called Skillta to help people track market demand for individual skill
sets and better manage their careers, whatever stage they are at.
WHAT ARE THE GOALS OF THE WEBSITE?
The Goal of the website is to provide current, credible, trustworthy, reliable content, provide Skill data and
generate business leads.
USER RESEARCH
We create a survay with our internal team, in the team have specific skill like, IT Professional, Marketing
People, Designers, Accountant. We interviewed 10 People for your project.
CONCLUSION:
All have some specific skill and they want the following feature in this type of website:
 Search by location and specific region
 They want customized data in Skill wise, week, month and year
 Ability to share with his office colleagues, friends and family
 Need blog, about trending skill, salary in industry etc.
 Information about, how to grow skill, about Course, institute tutorial etc.
