2. INTRODUCTION OF THE ORGANISATION
 Support Foundation is a registered charitable non-profit Trust
 Founded by Mrs Shanu Srivastava(Chairperson)
 Created by professionals from diverse fields with a vision to work for the mental
and physical wellbeing of people
 It supports those who are from a very low socio-economic background (average
monthly household income Rs5,000 /$100 USD)
 people with autism, mental retardation, Down’s syndrome, dyslexia, other learning
disabilities, hearing impairment, blindness, muscular dystrophy, rickets, etc.)

Support Foundation have Six members in total including Founder, Executive
Trustee and Head.

4. CSR PROGRAMS BY SUPPORT FOUNDATION
 Disha (The Direction)-It is a centre providing aid in urban city slum areas. It is
named Direction because the purpose is to direct the positive abilities of those we
help to put their lives on track for a better future.
 Aao Baat Kare (Let’s Talk)-There are several topics which are considered taboo in
Indian society to discuss. (such as abuse, sexuality, disability, etc.). Aao Baat Kare is a
program providing individual and group counselling sessions by experienced
psychiatric counsellors.
 Aarogya (Health)-The Aarogya program provides free medical care to the slum
area in which Disha Centre is located. The aim of Aarogya is to create a disease free
environment for the people to live and grow.
Free Services: -General Physicians, Psychiatrists ,Gynaecologists etc.
