MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENT
As a leading bilingual ESL teacher for the Royal Saudi Air Force I have demonstrated the
initiation of a profound connect with students learning ESL in a way that attracts students
to embrace the learning environment in a way that makes them feel comfortable and
competitive. I have crafted my ability to create a learning environment that fosters the
usage of cognitive linguistic nuances which students are encouraged to refine and
develop to meet their undergraduate and graduate school writing requirements. We
advocate the strong usage of the communicative task model approach to language usage
in the classroom in a student centered approach format that requires them to express their
ideas in the context of conforming to the rules of pragmatic dialog and using appropriate
grammar forms in writing and discourse. I have emphatically been recognized by
students & administrators as one of the most successful ESL teachers in terms of
producing a 98% rating of linguistically advanced graduates from our program.
2. DIVERSE MULTICUTURAL DEVELOPMENT
Successfully directed an exchange preparation educational recruitment program for the
Royal Saudi Air Force personnel who were being solicited to study in the U.S. Managed
the ESL language-training program at the Prince Sultan Air Base, Training Wing for
three years, between 2000 to 2003. Presently teaching ESL at the King Faisal Air Base
commanding commensurate evaluations and student critiques.
I was awarded a scholarship from the University of Michigan’s international language
exchange student program "Center for Arabic Study Abroad" to attend the (CASA)
program in Cairo Egypt where I represented the university in a three-month educational
exchange language program in Middle Eastern languages, Cultural Studies and exchange
student initiatives.
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
Managed an international defense contract program (ESL) English as a Second Language
program for the Royal Saudi Air Force at the Prince Sultan Air Base Training Wing
(PSABTW). Under my leadership & management, the project saw the successful
implementation of the ESL & CBT programs at the Training Wing of Prince Sultan Air
Base.
Appointed the designated director representative to participate in a national educational
reform project for ESL training for the Royal Saudi Air Force.
