I have known Abdelhafid ZEHRI as a full time graduate student in the Department of Metallic
Materials in the EEIGM (The European School of Engineers in Materials Science) at the University of
Lorraine, Nancy, France.
While being an AMASE Master student of mine (2013-2014), I can say with confidence that he was
one among the best students I have met over the years. He was committed to his study, and his
dedication and high standards in completing whatever was required to succeed was remarkable.
Abdelhafid is a very driven and hard-working person of whom I think highly. His skills and hard work
rank him in the first quarter of the class of more than 100 students.
Besides, his academic experience in the EEIGM, he spent more than six months abroad, in The
University of Lulea (Sweden). This reveals his dynamism, curiosity, and willingness to expand his
cultural opening and his capacity to adapt himself to other contexts than only the academic one.
He has excellent interpersonal skills and is an effective team member with great spirit. Overall,
Abdelhafid’s enthusiasm, his remarkable ability to learn, his generosity, energy, and dedication will
make him an excellent partner in any project.
He is at an important stage in his career and I am persuaded that this position will allow him to
achieve the very high standards he is aiming for. In the long run, I trust that Abdelhafid will become
a successful partner.
