Earlier Problem Statement:
Jerry, an entrepreneur, educator and counselor in science college, needs to weigh down student's strength & weakness before
counseling them bluntly to entrepreneurship.
Modified root problem: Educational and Govt. systems must embrace scientific inventions as much as creating businesses/economy
and entrepreneurs.
IDEAS SELECTED FOR PROTOTYPE
i. the most practical idea (one that could be easily implemented)
43. Extrapolate trends and accurately map technology requirements and skill shortages in coming years.(and prepare
towards it). Have the curriculum and faculty geared for it.
iii. your favorite idea (one idea that you are excited about for whatever reason... you don’t have to justify why)
22. Like stock markets and Appstores, open Sciencestore/Science market concept for science projects (people can
browse scientific ideas and buy products/stakes directly from science students) this can encourage science students to
pursue inventions while still able to sell their ideas/products with less business skills.
I. Process/Tool to accurately extrapolate industry trends and match student placements
II. Sciencestore aka Science Market (like appstore / stock market) – to encourage inventors / science students
with lack of business skills
