3. LETTER TO PARENTS REGARDING SUSPENSION OF STUDENT

We are very sorry to inform you that your ward has been caught doing illicit act in the
college premises due to which he has been suspended from the college 2 weeks. This
Suspension is effective from 01/07/2016 to 13/07/2016 inclusive.
Your son (Name), was caught smoking in the washroom due to which he has also been
fined for Rs. 5000.
This is to inform you that our college has strict rules regarding the discipline and we stick
to our rules very firmly. Kindly inform your son that this kind of act won’t be entertained
again and if done so, he would be directly restigated from the college.
