The candidates are shortlisted according to their resume
quality, most of the biomedical companies follow the
common strategy in the interview process, the number of the
process may vary in order to the number of the candidate
attending the interview. Let us see the common interview
process.
9. WRITTEN TEST/ONLINE TEST
The first process is mostly a written or online examination round it
may be an objective type or fill in the blanks type of question with a
minimum of 30 to 50 marks with the time duration of maximum 1
hour. There is no separate question paper format for the companies
and also the questions is probably an aptitude or reasoning or basics
of biomedical engineering questions, the questions may vary
according to the companies.
11. GROUP DISCUSSION
Once the candidates got shortlisted from the written test are suppose
to attend the second phase of the interview called the Group
Discussion, here the instant title will be given to the group of
candidates and they need to talk about the valuable points on the
given title. The candidates speaking ability will be checked and those
who have a good and disciplinary approach will select for the next
process of interview.
13. TECHNICAL ROUND
The candidate will permit to attend the third round of interview
called the Technical round, here the candidates are supposed to take
a seat in front of the panel members and answer some of the
technical questions from them. In most of the tire, one company
conducted this round through the phone interview or Web call. Once
the candidate satisfies the management people by proving the
technical ability, then permit to move into the final phase of the
interview.
15. PERSONAL INTERVIEW
The candidates are allowed to converse about their
personal interest, job location, and salary discussions.
Once the candidate agreed about the salary and terms
and conditions of the company then the HR manager or
company officials will give the offer letter and joining
date to the fresh employee.
