Background:
• Studied Electrical Engineering
• Joined Unilever as an Engineering Management Trainee in Zimbabwe.
• Worked as a Factory Manager, then HR Manager in Zimbabwe, in South Africa as an HR
Business Partner - HR Director, in Singapore as Leadership Development Director and in
East & Southern Africa Board Member.
• I am currently the HR Director, Unilever Supply Chain Africa and my role is ensuring that
we have a robust HR strategy to support the business Strategy
