My Responsibilities include:
-Monitor financial information necessary to manage the firm,
ensuring compliance with the main policies and financial
reporting requirements, in order to achieve the company
strategic and financial objectives.
-Full charge processing of all accounts receivable
&payable.
-Manage all cash box titles as petty cash & office supply
expense accounts.
-Managing payroll and salaries accounts.
-Reconcile bank balance, record general ledger entries.
-Establish customer credit lines & set up credit accounts
with vendors.
-Controlling taxes calculation & taxes payments.
Manage the internal & external transfers of the company-
To our suppliers in Germany and USA
-Mange accounts of shipping agencies payments & per
vessel cost calculation.
Participating in business operations and sales processes for-
Customers.
-Preparing financial statements & records for auditing
Purposes comprising the quality and timeliness of all
financial reporting.
-Tax authorities' knowledge and compliance with national
standards of taxation.
-Monitor the financial performance of the companies, to
make sure of compliance with the management team in
achieving objectives.
-Alert the management about correction processes needed in
different financial aspects.

-Initiating accounting system in Alex office (using Excel sheets(
Instead of manual process.
-Reduced A/R aging from 30 days to 5 day maximum in less
than 2 months.

reducing bad debit expenses.
-Merging manually & automatically steps in the operations to
cover all weaknesses points, and uncover any misses' points.
-Participating in logistics & Sales departments when needed.
