Accountant with Zamil Group Holding Company
September 2013-Present
With Zamil Group commercial division work in different accounting departments as a part of
a job rotation assignment within the company. My major job functions includes financial
analysis of balance sheets for various companies belonging to Zamil Group Holding Co. T his
also involves working with budgeting and financial ledgering. I also had a job assignment
with Zamil Operations & Maintenance Co. Ltd. (ZOMCO) accounting department (Accounts
Payable & Receivable). I also handle bank transfers, bank reconciliation and financial
management of affiliates companies within the group.
Training Internship with Zamil Group
2012, 2 months
Worked as intern as part of my university curriculum requirements. My major job task was
handling and filing financial invoices at the corporate level. This included looking after
purchases and sales transactions of machinery, equipment and materials for the different
companies within the Zamil Group. In addition, I was involved in administrating employees’
monthly salaries and verifying overtime pay records.
Summer Internship with Banque Saudi Fransi
2009, 2 months
Worked as Financial Archivist in Banque Saudi Fransi at the major branch in Eastern
Province. Job tasks included looking after costumers' financial data. Also, I was responsible
for filing, processing and inspecting some daily financial transactions through computer
software applications.
2. Summer Training with Saudi Diesel
2007, 2 months
Worked as a secretary for a mechanical engineering services office at Saudi Diesel. Job
included general office tasks such as data processing, communication and organizational
duties.
Office Assistant with the Saudi Labor Office
2006, 8 months
Worked as an assistant to senior human resources specialists at the Government's Labor
Office in Khobar. My experience included handling multiple accounting tasks for some of the
ongoing projects, primarily in Prince Mohammed Bin Fahad Program for Youth Development
(PMPYD). I also provided assistance in career allocation services for job seekers at the Labor
Office.
