Our Project is about a website which will manage all seminars ,
workshops and events that include Mentors, administration and student portal.
In proposed seminar and workshop maintaining system, everything will be web-
Based .This program will help to reduce the manual processing power. Thereby
Increasing the speed of process. There are various key-features and modules in the
System to perform various functions in the system.Those features provide all the

Data Validity:
This will Restrict the user from entering wrong data.
It will ensure accuracy, meaningfulness and security of data
through validation process..
Real Time Updates And Notifications:
Mentors and students will get notifications before events has to be
started through mail..
Announcement Section:
Students will get information about special seminars ,events which
will be conducted in future .Posting of this announcements will be
carried out by admins
11. Conclusion:
We have created this Webapp for maintaining seminars and Workshops
project to overcome on the problems we generally faced during physical
inperson management.Here in our well developed database project , we
featured many functionalities like Scheduling of events according to our
convenience, Storing all past seminars details , posting information about
events to the students , taking online feedback from them, monitoring on
mentors as well , sharing readable material any many more ..so in general
this web-application is efficient to store, manage, and arrange seminars
with consuming man power and paperwork..
