1. BUCKEYE BARS
This recipe is for the delicious famous Falcon Camp Buckeye Bars. I dearly hope it will be passed
down from generation to generation.
INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
1/2 Cup butter, softened 1. LINE 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of
3/4 cup PLANTERS foil extending over sides. Beat butter and
Crunchy Peanut Butter peanut butter with mixer until blended. Add
22 NILLA Wafers, crushed wafer crumbs; mix well. Gradually beat in
(about 3/4 cup) sugar. Press onto bottom of pan.
2 cups powdered sugar 2. MICROWAVE COOL WHIP and chocolate in
1/2 of 8-oz. tub COOL microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; stir.
WHIP Whipped Topping Microwave 15 to 30 sec. or until chocolate is
(Do not thaw.) melted; stir until well blended. Spread over
3 oz. BAKER'S Semi- peanut butter layer.
Sweet Chocolate 3. REFRIGERATE 2 hours. Use foil handles to lift
dessert from pan before cutting to serve.
