•Today’s youngsters is spending more time on internet and number of internet user in increasing day
by day in India. They are more than willing to use online shopping as it save time and give more
convenience to customer. Customer’s wants a good return and refund policy .
•Various seller are going online these days as it has become a world of Internet, people spending
more and more time on internet. Thus the Traffic Range online is huge and it is attractive for online
sellers. Sellers these days have accepted the policy of giving “ 100% Satisfaction “ to the customers
and they believe everything will follow if the customer is satisfied.
