We write to confirm our agreement that:

College................................. on the agreed date to photograph/film the property and to bring
any equipment needed to do so.
2. ..............Brandon Hedge............................... will be photographing at the location on
.......11/03/2014.................. From ........1.00PM.............. until .......3.30PM............ as mutually
agreed.
3. All rights in the photographs/footage made and/or taken by ......Brandon
Hedge........................... at the property will be his/hers/theirs and he/she/they will be entitled
to use the photographs/ footage for his college work. We have given him/her/them
permission to refer to the Property by its real name.
4. He will endeavour to take care of the property while he is filming; however he does not
have insurance and have made you aware of this.
Kindly indicate your acceptance of the above by signing and returning to us a copy of this
agreement.
