Terms & Conditions
All Chouse / Drafts should be made favoring M/s. Green View Apartment Co. payable at New Delhi only.
Please furnish a copy of ID proof, Address proof, PAN number and Two passport size photographs.
All amount received from intending allottee (s) other than Resident Indians shall be from NRE/NRO/FOREIGN
currency accounts only.
The prices of booking are firm and free from all escalations.
Charges such as, power connection charges, registration charges, stamp duty, club membership registration
charges, water connection charges, etc. shall be extra and will borne by allottee (s).
The allotment made by the company shall deemed to be provisional & Company can alter the layout plan
sizes/location etc. as an when found necessary.
Physical possession shall be taken over by intending allottee (s) after making full & final settlement.
The company reserves the right to Accept/Reject any application without assigning any reason.
