The location release form grants the entrant access to a premises to film the movie "The Unseen" from October 27th with unlimited time for filming, reshoots, and scene changes. It allows the entrant to film inside, make minor location adjustments, and other purposes benefiting the film. The entrant will own all footage filmed on the premises. The releaser warrants they are authorized to release the location and this agreement does not violate any other organization's rights.

AGREE AS FOLLOWS..
Releaser grants entrant to access to and from ……………….. for
the purpose of:
1) filming inside the premises
2) slightly adjusting location to fit with the film
3) other purposes that will benefit the fim
‘The Unseen’ will start being filmed on the 27th October with
unlimited time. This includes cuts, retakes, scenes being
redone, and changes to scenery.
The Releaser also acknowledges that the entrant shall own all
the filming done by the entrant on the premises.
Releaser warrants that the releaser is authorised to hire out the
premises and that the rights granted in this agreement do not
violate the right of any organization.
