you know the deer targets weren't there?
DEPONENT: Yes, because I had, I had prepared a list and I
had -- he was asked numerous times where this stuff was. He
was court ordered to bring the property back to the
residence to be sold prior to the auction.
LAWYER: Right.
DEPONENT: It was never brought back.

DEPONENT: No.
