 Eg: I didn’t read lots of books.
 I get much pressure to work with him/her.
 I am not confident.
 I failed every time.
 I have tried many times, but faied.
 I will read more books in future.
 I get much challenge to work with him/her.
 Give me some encouragement.
 I am closer to success again.
 I need to try again.
 To love…
 To life…
 To have…
 To health…
 To work…
 Me: keep goals in our mind to start with everything.
 80% profit of enterprise comes from 20% products and
customers
 Household appliances running with its 20% functions
in 80% of the time
 80% quality issues comes from 20% of the product
defects
 80% of your accomplishment comes from 20% of the
time
 …… the 80 – 20 rule
 How to deal with those urgent and important things? I
still confused, please share with me if you have any
nice solutions. Thanks in advance!
 These important tasks are essential for achieving our
goals, so make them on schedules, and put into
practice. Or else, they will step into the first quadrants.
 IMO, We should put 80% of the time into the first
quadrants.
 Refuse
 Deal with other things together
 Authorize
 Finish in short time
 These tasks are those that are not urgent and not
important. Unfortunately these get done at the
expense of more important tasks because they are
generally easier to do and have less stress associated
with them. – (I am in this circle, how about you?)
 These tasks do not move us towards our goals.
 Solution: occasionally do
 Six models of communication and relationship among
people
 1. win/win (seek for mutual profit; cooperation not
competition)
 2. win/lose (make your success based on others’ failure)
 3. lose/win (let yourself lose and let others win) – lack
of confidence to express yourself
 4. lose/lose (lack of confidence and understanding,
look down on yourself and others)
 5. win (just want to win, don’t care about others’
success or failure)
 6. win/win or no deal (the highest double win in
thinking mode, if can not find solution accepted by
both sides, they will end up with no deal)
 Best way to interdependence
 I have found a wonderful PPT on internet, let’s enjoy
together, Habit 4 – think win-win
 Literally, first, we need to try to understand others, and
then strive to make ourselves understood by others.
 Habit 5 – Seek first to understand, then to be
understood
