About
Legal Evolution is an online publication that chronicles the changing nature of the legal services market. Our content combines relevant academic theory with data-driven analysis and carefully drawn examples of successful innovations. If this type of information becomes more accessible to lawyers, legal educators, and allied professionals, very difficult industry-specific problems become easier to solve.
Legal Evolution was founded in 2017 by Bill Henderson, Professor of Law and Stephen F. Burns Chair on the Legal Profession at Indiana University Maurer. It is organized and managed as a Public Benefit Corporation under Delaware law.
