  • 1. “Blessed or Busted”What am I to “BELIEVE” Hebrews 3:1-19
  • 2. HEBREWS 3:1-191 Therefore, holy brothers andcompanions in a heavenly calling, consider Jesus, the apostle and highpriest of our confession;2 He was faithful to the One whoappointed Him, just as Moses was in allGods household.
  • 3. HEBREWS 3:1-193 For Jesus is considered worthy ofmore glory than Moses, just as thebuilder has more honor than the house.4 Now every house is built by someone, but the One who built everything is God.5 Moses was faithful as a servant in allGods household, as a testimony towhat would be said [in the future].
  • 4. HEBREWS 3:1-196But Christ was faithful as a Son overHis household, whose household weare if we hold on to the courage and theconfidence of our hope.
  • 5. HEBREWS 3:1-197 Therefore, as the Holy Spiritsays: Today, if you hear His voice,8 do not harden your hearts as in therebellion, on the day of testing in thedesert,9 where your fathers tested Me, tried[me], and saw My works
  • 6. HEBREWS 3:1-1910 for 40 years. Therefore I was Provokedwith this generation and said, "Theyalways go astray in their hearts, and theyhave not known My ways."11 So I swore in My anger, "They will notenter My rest."
  • 7. HEBREWS 3:1-1912 Watch out, brothers, so that therewont be in any of you an evil, unbelieving heart that departs from theliving God.13 But encourage each other daily, whileit is still called today , so that none of youis hardened by sins deception.
  • 8. HEBREWS 3:1-1914 For we have become companions ofthe Messiah if we hold firmly until the endthe reality that we had at the start.15 As it is said: Today, if you hear Hisvoice, do not harden your hearts as inthe rebellion.
  • 9. HEBREWS 3:1-1916 For who heard and rebelled? Wasnt itreally all who came out of Egypt underMoses?17 And with whom was He "provoked for40 years"? Was it not with those whosinned, whose bodies fell in the desert?
  • 10. HEBREWS 3:1-1918 And to whom did He "swear that theywould not enter His rest," if not thosewho disobeyed?19 So we see that they were unable toenter because of unbelief.
  • 11. What am I “BELIEVE?”1. God is Able.2. Jesus is Worthy.3. The Church is Deserving.4. God is Calling.
