DIY Pocket Headphone Amp
Step-by-step Assembly Guide
1. Tools
First off, you will need some tools. A couple of must-have are shown in the picture
above. Some of the items can be borrowed from friends, but it would be nice to buy
them as you probably want to go a little further with this hobby in the future.

3. 4. Assembling the amp.
STEP 1, Solder volume pot and caps onto the PCB

4. STEP 2, Cut the protruding component pins after soldering
STEP 3, Identify the resistors, insert into PCB
Step 4. Solder the resistors

5. STEP 5, Solder Switch and sockets.

6. STEP 6, Set up Led and battery holder. Check OpAmp socket voltage.
STEP 7, Solder OpAmp, and you are all done

7. Step 8. Place completed PCB in the casing and screw it down with the provided
screws
