From the USDA's version of the Food Pyramid we tweaked and made it more applicable for our clients in the Virgin Islands. Here is our version of the Vegan Food Pyramid (it emphasizes youth, but it's for everybody). While we are waiting for the finalization of the myPlate, clients enjoy the colorful playfulness of the design. Choose wisely! :)
