information and run it. The example is an oil
change shop.

5. Copy the access application from purchased cd and paste
it on desktop or any partition of hard disks on your
computer as you like and double click on it to run.
THE VERY FIRST STEP
7. Step: 1-The first step is to add information about all the products in your shop to
your product list as you may have hundreds of products . You can add as many
as you wish.
8. Fill the cells including id for your product. ID is some short or abbreviation for
your product .For example to see go to slide no.11 or click here
9. When you purchase or receive any product from anywhere or from any
company add information like its price, quantity etc. you already have names
of these products and their codes (id) in your database.
10. Just write code or abbreviation it will complete necessary information for you
and you will write its quantity, price or date etc.
11. By clicking on Preview and Print stocks you can see list of all products in your
database which are available in your store of / or shop.
12. You can click on maximize button to maximize print preview. Then press
Crl-P to print the stock summary statement.
13. To close the window just click on the close button on the right
upper corner of the window.
14. Click on Customers Main Form to go to main page where you can enter
customer’s details including sale item.
15. Now add customer’s relevant information and go on filling the cells..
To go to next cell , just push tab button on your keyboard .
16. Click on print icon and enter customer’s id number which is automated number in
the first cell of this page. Invoice of your last customer will be printed
automatically.
17. Now you can click on close button to close the main form.
18. To close the application , just click on the Exit Work button.
