After a relationship break up you will undergo 5 stages. You must experience each stage to recover. <br />How long it takes will vary person to person and how well you handle it. <br />The quicker you go through each stage, the quicker you move on with your life.<br />Relationship Mender<br />
First stage is acknowledgement, you realize that this break up is real, it really happened. <br />You may not understand everything going on and are dazed. It is important at this stage to grasp what took place.<br />
Second stage is when you get the break up out of your system. <br />This means crying, talking to friends and family or even writing about what you are experiencing.<br />It is not healthy to hold these feelings in.<br />
Third stage is to spend time with friends and family, let them help you to get past your pain.<br />Be careful they do not give you bad advice or make you take revenge on your ex. <br />
You should be building up your self confidence in the fourth stage. <br />It’s time to enjoy yourself. <br />It’s time to start feeling better about yourself now. <br />
In the fifth stage you can move on with your life. <br />You know why the break up occurred and can see what caused it.<br />You have moved on with your life.<br />
