Through the Galvan Foundation, T. Eric Galloway supports a wide variety of charitable organizations via an organized grant program. Following is a quick look at three types of grants awarded by the Galvan Foundation.

types of grants awarded by the Galvan
Foundation.

3.  Education: In the first round of grants, the
Galvan Foundation awarded funds to
organizations such as Perfect 10, which
supports at-risk girls from Hudson. In later
rounds, grants went to recipients such as
the Mental Health Association of Columbia-
Greene Counties, the Hudson City School
District, and the Columbia-Greene
Partnership Academy “The Bridge.”

4.  Health and services: Over the past several
years, the Galvan Foundation has
supported health organizations such as the
Columbia-Greene Hospital Foundation,
which used the grant to create an art
therapy program for local children who
have been abused and neglected.
Community and tolerance: Grants from the
Galvan Foundation support community
events such as the Hudson Pride Parade,
Hudson is a Summer Festival, and the
Bangladeshi Cultural Fair.
