22.Evaluate and participate in initiatives involving IT,
                Marketing and Publicity
  Discussion Points

1. Do we place responsibility for liaison with ITM Training in all of the functional areas – on an as-the-need-arises
   basis?

2. Are there some circumstances when the communication with ITM Training needs to be on a formal basis and
   where would that belong?

3. Does the ITMTA retain responsibility for the following tasks or does it consider these activities to be part of the
   training organisation:

t Maintenance of database for following purposes:

                o Certificate printing

                o Certificate record keeping

This draft document is ready for wider discussion. It can be used to inform the allocation of responsibilities as well as a basis for further discussion
on the ‘shape’ of the organisation and the roles that are essential.

This document is not intended for wide ‘public’ consumption and is left in an informal format for the time being.
