Strategies for implementation Use land pooling mechanism with or without TDR Land banks can be created for value accrual to authorities Additional Development Rights can be sold Create regulation to enable market action Amalgamation/sub-division at strategic locations Redevelopment with greater set-backs Use participatory mechanisms and bring in land owners as equity partners in the process Use land acquisition with active private sector participation, etc, etc, etc…
