PT IRAWAN PRIMA UTAMA, a company engaged in the General Contractor and Steel Fabricator,
specialize in the construction of industrial building projects and facilities. In our rapid business
expansion, we open opportunity for candidates experienced and qualified to fill the position of :
Responsibilities :
 Handle all aspect on site includes : Manpower, work method, sub-con, work plan
 Manage and make sure the projects are delivered on scheduled
 Communicate with owner and make sure the project's progress on scheduled in order to keep
the payment maintained
 As a coordinator and line between the Head Office and people on site
Requirements :
 Male/Female with Mature personality (max. 50-years)
 Applicants should be an Expatriate (any nationality, would prefer candidate who has
familiar with Indonesian Culture and Environment)
 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
 Required skill(s): Microsoft Project / Primavera, AutoCad, windows applications.
 At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
 Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
 Preferably having certification Ahli Muda K3 Umum/ Ahli Muda K3 Construction
 Full-Time positions available
 Preferable has ever worked in well known Contractor
 Communicative and strong leadership, also able to make informative reports
 Willing to be located at JABABEKA.
 Knowledge and familiar with industrial buildings (factory, warehouse, and workshop) with
steel structure
 Computer literate and Fluently in both oral & written English
