Armor TM is the most advanced concrete densifier on
the market. Aside from increasing the density of the
concrete by up to 45%, it is guaranteed to waterproof
and protect the concrete for a lifetime.
The Armor L3000 chemically reacts below the surface
and does not change the color or appearance of the
concrete. The concrete will look exactly like it did
before being sealed. If the applicator decides to polish
the concrete floor after applying the densifier, the

4. Water plus cement produces Calcium Silicate Hydrate (C-S-H) in a process
known as Hydration. C-S-H is the binding system for concrete. Combined
with the aggregate, C-S-H gives concrete its hardness and strength.
A reactive byproduct of the Hydration process is Calcium Hydroxide. When a
Foundation Armor concrete sealer is applied to concrete, it reacts with the
existing Calcium Hydroxide to produce additional C-S-H. This additional C-S-
H is what provides the increased hardness and densification by up to
45%, and water resistance up to 100 PSI.
The Armor L3000 concrete sealer has the highest percentage of reactive
material, and is optimized to make the silicate available more quickly for
more rapid C-S-H formation.

The Armor L3000 TM is a permanent sealer that penetrates up to 4” into the substrate.

Armor L3000 TM – Where To Use
The Armor L3000 TM concrete sealer can be used on:
 Interior and exterior concrete, above and below grade.
 Vertical and horizontal uncoated concrete surfaces.
 Poured concrete, concrete bricks, concrete blocks, concrete slabs, concrete
pavers, and stamped concrete.
 New and old concrete.
 Concrete with water, moisture, vapor, and radon permeability issues.
Armor L3000 TM – Preparation
 New concrete must cure for a minimum of 28 days.
 Concrete must be free of paints, stains, oils, chemicals, sealers, and dyes.
 Remove any efflorescence, mold, or mildew prior to application.
 Surface can be swept or power washed prior to application.
Armor L3000 TM – Application
 Dilute Armor L3000 TM sealer with 1 part warm to hot water.
 Using a garden sprayer, saturate the surface of concrete.
 Roll out any puddles with a brush or roller, or wipe up an excess
materials with a clean cloth.
 Use product when temperature is between 50-900F (10-320C).
Armor L3000 TM Dry Time
Let dry 6 hours.
Armor L3000 TM Coverage
One gallon of the Armor L3000 TM is diluted with 1 part warm water and covers up to 900 square feet. For old or porous concrete, or for
applications that require a third coat, expect one gallon to cover up to 700 square feet.
