regardless his/her position or status.
• Each member should be aware of his JD.
• All Members should have clear expectation
about the team.
• Once the work started, all members should
focus on their own tasks/JD’s and not looking to
take other tasks/JD’s.

• Meetings are the first tool used to start having
communication within a Team.
• Meetings require a place and date to run them.
• Meetings are conducted in informal and formal way.
• Meetings are composed of: an Agenda, Objective of
the meeting, chair of the meeting.
• At the end of any meeting it is necessary to have clear
outputs and schedule the next meeting.
• Participation of EACH member of the Team is very
crucial for effective communication.

• Reporting can be: Activity reports, Meetings

• It keeps the entity updated and enhance

• Resolve the Problem at the moment and don’t
