Dear international ambassador,
Thank you for still being a part of ISFiT.
Next February we will be ready for the 13th festival in Trondheim. This year’s theme is
corruption and the festival is already starting to take shape. It is really exciting to see so
many engaged students working together on this theme.
Leading up to next year’s festival, ISFiT is arranging a campaign to inform about
corruption with release on September 1, and we therefore want to ask for your help.
The goal of the campaign is awaken students interest for issues caused by corruption and
make them join the fight against it. We wish to introduce corruption as a subject at all of
the universities in Norway and we are going to launch a website and a short film which is
going to portray different aspects of corruption. Corruption is a worldwide issue and this
is something we want to shed light on through international scenes in the film. We
therefore wonder if you want to help us filming a scene as a part this movie? The
movie is going to consist of four different corruption scenarios, two of which will take
place in Norway, and two of which will take place in foreign countries. Together these
scenes will constitute the movie.
Some practical information:
-The scenes has to be uploaded to Google Drive before July 20, 2014
-The scenes are silent, and a music audio track will be added later. This in order for the
film to suit an international audience. It is therefore important for the actors to have a
distinct body language.
-You will have to use your own camera - if you don’t have your own camera we can
sponsor you with the rental costs for necessary equipment.
Is this something you would like to help us with? We hope that you as an ISFiT
ambassador want to help us put corruption on the agenda!
