Simply take each nigiri rice ball out, and another one will pop up automatically. The weight and density of each rice ball can be set using the operating panel. The operating slides in and out of the unit and can be hidden when not in use, so it looks just like an authentic sushi chest. The rice warming function and special urethane foam filler helps keep the rice at ideal temperature and moisture levels for at least 4 hours. The SSG-SCS is easily disassembled in 2-3 minutes for quick cleaning. Safety sensors also ensure user safety at all times. An Omusubi (Triangle) forming option is also available for this unit.
