Who am I ?
I am a ‘People’s Person’.
For me, life is all about helping people build a healthy and happy life and also having an
amazing relationship with themselves as well as with others. I am a very intuitive person too,
which is perhaps God’s Gift. This intuitiveness helps me to connect easily with people and get
to the matter of the heart.
Why me ?
Relationships are perhaps the most important part of our lives, and can bring much meaning and
happiness. The connections we form with others define our lives. They provide love, support,
friendship, advice and guidance.
However, they can also cause problems and unhappiness when they break down, and it is during
these difficult times that we seek valuable relationship advice.
Energy Transfer
Being a go getter, full of life and positivity, I am able to transfer this energy to my clients. At the
same time, I am down to earth, having experienced the realities of life closely. I am a forthright
person so the idea of having a coaching class is like chatting with an old friend without any
judgements, just honest heart to heart talks, so that I can help them with their own solutions.
I Promise
As a coach, I promise not to put any kind of pressure on you and make you feel small. I will have
light hearted chats peppered with lots of laughs too.
Life coaching comes naturally to me as I always wanted to help people. Having gone through
the rough and tumble of life and divorce, I know how hard it can get.
Coaching is a creative partnership with my client, helping us both to focus on making
meaningful changes in my client's personal and/or professional life.

2. I Shall Give
I want to provide my clients with a new way of thinking and use tools which would benefit them.
As a coach, I love to watch my clients grow, blossom, become stronger, more self directed and in
charge of their lives.
My mission in life is to raise consciousness and therefore see happiness ripple from each
individual I have contact with.
I get to see the beauty and power in someone when they don’t see it in themselves. It makes me
happy to help my clients open up, in heart, in their minds and in their soul.
My Passion:
Working with open-minded individuals, who find themselves at crossroads in their life, yet
ready to make a change. I specialize in relationships with self and helping you find your next
step.
