Sometimes life can get boring and feel like a routine. After some
time of having the same schedule, you may find yourself feeling as
if life is just not fun as it used to be. I believe that we should live
life as if it was your last day every day. If that was really the case, I
know that you would be doing something different than usual.
Sometimes, a simple change from negative thoughts to happy
thoughts, is just what we need to make a shift happen inside of us.
Yes it’s understandable that some things you cannot change. For
example, you can’t change jobs every month. So what do you do
in that scenario?
You make every day at work a better day than the last. Strive for
more excellence and new goals every day. Not only will it make
your life more fulfilled and keep it exciting but constantly striving
to be a better at your job could land you a promotion and/or a
raise!
The law of attraction says that the kind of thoughts that float
through our minds is what we will attract to our lives. So if you are
constantly thinking negatively about certain situations, you will
attract that negativity. You can use this to your advantage. When

attract that into your life.
Have you ever felt negative and you didn’t have an exact reason
as to why? Well I have found that this happens when we have
something negative to say about everything and everyone in our
lives. Suddenly, everything in general just seems horrible.
Since we attract the thoughts that go through our minds…
it’s time to start changing the way we think about certain
situations. Here are a few tips to think happy thoughts
more often than negative thoughts.
Instead of reacting in accordance to what you feel, act in
accordance to what you know. I had an amazing realization
not too long ago. We feel a thousand different feelings every
month.
Even throughout the day, we can feel good and energized in
the morning and by 10AM, we can be angry at the entire
world. Instead of letting your feelings dictate the way you
react to situations, you need to go with what you know.
Meaning, if someone talks badly about you… instead of
reacting to what you are feeling, think about the situation
3. and ask yourself if what you are feeling is connected to the
truth/reality.
If it is, then instead of exploding all over the place, you
should professionally confront the issue. If it’s not connected
to reality, then let it go, don’t think about it and move on.
Life is too precious to be dealing with lies and fantasies.
Choose to only accept positive thoughts into your mind.
Every morning you should look yourself in the mirror and
make a self-affirmation that you will not submit into negative
thoughts and that negative thoughts do not have control
over you.
You are someone that has a positive mindset and that you
can confront any issue that rises up without feeling
negatively about yourself. If you think this is stupid and not
going to work, it’s up to you weather you use it or not but I
know thousands of people who do this and it works for
them…. But it’s up to you.
Live knowing that you are worthy. Notice that I said,
“KNOWING” not “thinking”. The truth is, we are all so
talented in one area or another. Just because someone is
better than you at one thing, doesn’t mean that they are
better than you at everything.
4. You have your strengths and weaknesses just like EVERYONE
ELSE. Everybody has weaknesses. Stop comparing yourself to
other people and treat yourself the way you should be
treated.
