1. Be smart with smart exercise and smart food Feeling fat? Feeling depressed? Be patient and do exercise. DON’T stop eating, just eat better. Do you have little time to cook? Why do go to fast food restaurants? Bring fast dairy food from home! You shouldn’t care about the others. Think about you first. Diet doesn’t mean stop eating, diet is eating LESS junk food and MORE healthy food. Get a boyfriend, make yourself pretty! Feeling stressed after a bad day? Don’t eat chocolat, instead do exercises. It is much healthier and smarter. Do you think you’re fat? If you don’t like it, try doing exercise and eating healthy food everyday and go to a nutricionist.
